As a Surgery Technologist (CST) specializing in perioperative and operating room care, you'll collaborate with talented teams, gaining exposure to a broad range of surgical practices and innovative approaches to patient care. Schedule/Hours:
Full-time position 4x10 hour shifts per week Weekend, on-call, holiday, and floating coverage as needed
Responsibilities:
Prepare cases by gathering and checking surgical supplies and tools Ensure equipment functionality, making minor adjustments or coordinating repairs Anticipate needs of surgeons during procedures Maintain readiness to scrub for all surgical specialties Contribute to a safe, efficient surgical environment
Minimum Qualifications:
CST certification required At least 2 years of recent professional experience in surgical technology Strong attention to detail Team-oriented with adaptable communication skills
