Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Nursing ORT, Certified or Non-certified Surgical Technician required Comprehensive knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team during procedures Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all instruments and supplies are properly arranged and sterilized Assist surgeons and nurses during surgical procedures by providing necessary tools and maintaining a sterile field Monitor and maintain equipment during operations Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures to ensure patient safety Support postoperative room turnover and instrument sterilization processes Document surgical data as required and adhere to established clinical protocols and safety standards This role offers the chance to further your expertise in surgical best practices while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
