Qualifications:
Certified Surgical Technologist (current and valid certification required)
COVID-19
vaccination in compliance with facility policy Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in perioperative surgical scrub roles preferred Strong understanding of OR protocols, maintaining sterile fields, and instrument management Ability to work collaboratively with surgeons, nurses, and other perioperative team members Capacity to quickly adapt to new team dynamics and operating procedures
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining sterile environments for surgical procedures Scrubbing in and assisting surgeons during various operations Ensuring all equipment, instruments, and supplies are available and functional Supporting rapid turnover between cases and effective communication with the sterile processing team Following infection prevention and patient safety protocols at all times
