As our surgical tech at CRMC, we highly value your experience in surgical procedures and sterilization. To be successful in this role, you should have 4 years of experience in a similar role, amd a graduate in surgical technology from an accredited school, and a strong understanding of sterilization techniques. You'll be instrumental in preparing the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We recognize that we can't operate without you. The operating room (OR) operates as a team, and every member plays a crucial role that directly impacts the patient's outcome. As a Surgical Tech, your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with the team are key to taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process. Your expertise in surgical procedures and sterilization directly contributes to the positive outcomes of our patients, making you a valued and indispensable part of our team.

• Responsibilities:

• + Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization + Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting + Adapt to the needs of emergencies + Provide clean-up and turnover of the operating room to prepare for the next patient Dignity Health now offers an Education Benefit program for benefit-eligible employees after 180 days.

This program provides debt relief and student loan assistance to help you achieve your goals. Full-time employees can receive up to $18,000 over five years, while part-time employees can receive up to $9,000.

• Job Requirements

• Minimum:

• + High school diploma or GED + Minimum of four (4) years clinical experience as a surgical technologist + American Heart Association BLS
• Preferred
• + Graduate of accredited surgical technologist program and certified as a surgical technologist plus two years clinical experience
