Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Key Qualifications:
Current and valid Nursing - ORT certification or license for state of practice Previous experience in operating room technology or perioperative nursing preferred Strong understanding of surgical aseptic technique and instrumentation Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and diverse teams Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist surgeons and clinical teams during operative procedures, ensuring seamless workflow Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and surgical instruments with precision Maintain strict adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols Monitor patient needs intraoperatively and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary staff Accurately document surgical procedures and patient care activities
