Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday 2-3 weekend calls per month (12-hour shifts) 3-4 weekday calls per month Potential floating to nearby facilityDesired Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 full years surgical/OR tech experience Active BLS certification required Comfortable assisting with a broad case mix: ortho (totals, scopes), urology, GYN, neuro, vascular, general surgery, ENT, pediatrics, and robotics Proficiency with Cerner Surginet and Omnicell preferred Adaptable, team-oriented, and open to floating to additional facilitiesResponsibilities:
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments Assist surgeons during a variety of routine and complex procedures Ensure instruments and supplies are available and utilized efficiently Collaborate effectively with RNs, support staff, schedulers, and leadership Demonstrate flexibility for call requirements and rare rotation-based "forced calls"Perks & Benefits:
