Scrub Tech | Lodi, California Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Lodi, CA Job Details Contract $16.50 - $30.00 an hour 13 days ago Qualifications OR experience Certified Surgical Technologist Full Job Description Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Contribute your expertise as a valued member of a dedicated surgical services team, supporting intraoperative patient care in a dynamic operating room setting. This contract position is ideal for a skilled Nursing - ORT professional eager to assist surgical teams, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality care.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in Operating Room Technology (ORT) or related nursing role Solid understanding of sterile techniques and operating room protocols Competence in retraction, passing instruments, and medication handling for surgeons Ability to maintain composure and focus in high-pressure situations Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety standards
Schedule/Hours:
Contract-based assignment (specific shift details to be confirmed)
Role Responsibilities:
Prepare surgical procedures by creating and maintaining a sterile field Efficiently assist surgeons by passing instruments and supplies during operations Anticipate surgical team needs throughout procedures to help maintain workflow Monitor and manage operating room supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and organized Support all intraoperative patient care functions, adapting to various case types as needed Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other team members to deliver excellent patient care
