Schedule/Hours:

Rotating shifts with flexibility Call requirements: Some nights and weekends, including 1 weeknight per week and 2 weekend call shifts (12 hours each) monthly Timely 30-minute call response required

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an ORT, with recent CVOR scrub tech experience Active California license Current BLS required; ACLS strongly preferred CST certification is a plus Proficient with

Cerner EMR Key Responsibilities:

Scrub for cardiovascular cases and a range of surgical procedures (average 18-20 cases/day) Collaborate with the surgical team to promote optimal patient outcomes Follow safety protocols and maintain sterile environments Participate in team briefings, debriefings, and continuous improvement initiatives
