Schedule:
8-hour variable shifts Must be available for both day and night shifts
Qualifications:
Experience as a Nursing - ORT Scrub Tech, with proficiency in surgical procedures and aseptic technique Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules (days and nights required) Strong communication skills and commitment to patient safety Current relevant certifications and licensure
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all supplies and instruments are sterile and ready Assist the surgical team during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining the sterile field Monitor and maintain strict aseptic technique throughout procedures Anticipate the needs of surgeons and respond quickly Work effectively with diverse teams while adapting to varying leadership styles
