36 Hours/Week Job Summary Seeking an experienced Scrub Technician to support surgical teams in a busy Operating Room environment. The Scrub Tech will prepare operating rooms, maintain sterile fields, assist surgeons during procedures, manage surgical instruments, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields. Scrub and assist during surgical procedures. Anticipate surgeon needs and provide instruments and supplies efficiently. Pick surgical cases according to physician preference cards. Assist with dressings, cast applications, and post-procedure needs. Perform and document surgical counts according to policy. Ensure accountability of instruments, sponges, needles, and trays. Update surgeon preference cards as needed. Maintain accurate procedural documentation. Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines. Participate in department improvement initiatives and staff education. Required Experience Minimum 3 years of Operating Room Scrub Tech experience in a hospital setting. Previous travel assignment experience required.

Strong experience in:

Orthopedic Surgery Neuro Surgery Robotic Surgery Experience managing surgical instruments and sterile technique. Knowledge of surgical counts and instrument tray accountability. Certifications BLS (AHA) Required Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Preferred BI02

Pay:

$48.00 - $50.00 per hour Application Question(s): Best time to reach
