Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and equipment
Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining sterile fields
Perform surgical counts (instruments, sponges, needles) before, during, and after procedures
Ensure proper sterilization of instruments using autoclave/ETO methods
Handle and maintain OT equipment such as suction machines, cautery units, and laparoscopic systems
Prepare patients for surgery (positioning, skin prep, etc.) Required qualification
Minimum 3+ years of experience as an OR Tech / Surgical Technician
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
NBSTSA certification (CST
Certified Surgical Technologist) required.
Any Specific Mandate skill required 3 or more years of Surgical Tech experience HL01
