Up to $1,800 Weekly Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Surgical Technician to join our Main Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting surgical procedures by ensuring a sterile environment, preparing surgical instruments, and assisting surgeons throughout complex operations. This position offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic healthcare setting, contributing to patient safety and positive surgical outcomes. Duties Prepare the operating room by sterilizing and arranging surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment in accordance with aseptic techniques. Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, suturing wounds, and managing surgical supplies efficiently. Monitor patient vital signs and physiological data during surgery, ensuring patient stability throughout the procedure. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation within Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as Epic or similar platforms. Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and maintain a sterile environment to prevent contamination. Support preoperative and postoperative patient care activities, including positioning patients and assisting with transfers.

NBSTSA BLS
(AHA) DORA Certification
