Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Valid and unencumbered nursing license Proven experience or certification as an Operating Room Technician (ORT) Proficiency in surgical instrumentation, sterile technique, and perioperative procedures Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate surgical needs Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and patient interactions Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining composure and focus

Responsibilities and Duties:
