This travel opportunity places you in the Main Operating Room (OR) of a leading medical facility, recognized for its cutting-edge technology and commitment to clinical excellence. The unit is equipped with 16 modern OR suites and is renowned for complex procedures such as total joints, spine surgeries, organ transplants, robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics. Working alongside a tenured and highly skilled team, you'll significantly expand your clinical expertise and gain insights into innovative operational strategies and leadership styles from accomplished professionals.
Schedule:
Shifts:
7:00 am - 5:00 pm Flexible self-scheduling following the initial assignment period On-call required on weekends (approximately 8-12 shifts per 8 weeks, with a 30-minute response time)Required Qualifications:
DORA and NBSTSA certifications Ability to meet 30-minute on-call response ORT experience (Transplant and/or Spine experience strongly preferred) Minimum of 3 years' Operating Room experience is highly valuedKey Responsibilities:
Circulate and scrub for a wide variety of surgical cases including transplants, robotics, and more Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team employing the latest technologies Uphold strict adherence to safety and infection control policies Adapt to dynamic scheduling and on-call needs in a fast-paced environmentPerks & Benefits:
