Your responsibilities will include:

Leading surgical preparation by organizing suites, equipment, and instruments to ensure readiness for every procedure Scrubbing in and supporting surgeons through complex cardiac surgeries, anticipating needs and maintaining a safe, sterile environment Guiding and mentoring surgical technologists, serving as a role model while training new team members and reinforcing best practices Overseeing quality and safety by managing counts, handling specimens, and ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards Driving teamwork and efficiency through effective communication, rapid problem-solving, and support for on-call and emergency cases What qualifications you will need: Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date Vocational School Graduate, or High School Graduate / GED Our hospital has been proudly serving the West Marion County community since 2002, providing top-notch healthcare services to meet the growing needs of our patients.
