Schedule:
Monday-Friday Two shifts: 6:45am-7:15pm; Two shifts: 10:45am-7:15pmQualifications:
Minimum 2 years of recent ORT experience AHA BLS certification required Recent Neuro and Thoracic surgical experience mandatory Experience with Cerner EMR Must be willing to handle a case volume of 28-55 cases per day Familiarity with Ortho, Neuro, Urology, General, and Thoracic surgery preferred Proficient with DaVinci XI robotic systems Must be able to confidently function in a main surgical unit open 24/7Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain surgical area for complex operations Assist the surgical team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Adapt to evolving workflows and embrace changing service lines Ensure compliance with sterile technique, patient safety, and hospital protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals in providing exemplary patient careBenefits & Perks:
