13 Weeks Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all instruments, equipment, and supplies are sterile and available. Scrub in and assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments and maintaining a sterile field. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team to ensure smooth workflow. Perform surgical counts of sponges, needles, and instruments according to policy. Handle specimens properly and ensure accurate labeling. Assist with patient positioning, prepping, and draping. Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures. Adhere to infection control standards, safety regulations, and facility policies. Document procedure details accurately and in a timely manner #HC2
