Key Qualifications:
Current certification as a Surgical Technologist or equivalent experience in a CVOR setting Demonstrated expertise in cardiovascular operating room procedures Familiarity with a range of perioperative practices and sterile technique Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist surgical teams during cardiovascular operations, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and care Prepare and maintain operating room equipment and sterile fields Support surgeons by passing instruments and managing surgical supplies Collaborate with nurses and physicians to deliver coordinated care throughout procedures Maintain accurate documentation related to surgical procedures
