Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (varied shifts may be available based on departmental needs)
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Surgical Technologist (Certified or Non-certified) or Nursing - ORT required Current BLS certification preferred Strong understanding of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively Flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced perioperative settings
Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures, ensuring all necessary equipment is sterile and available Assist surgeons and nurses during operations, following precise protocol and maintaining a sterile field Handle surgical instruments and supplies efficiently before, during, and after procedures Support patient safety and comfort at every stage of care Accurately document procedures and follow post-operative protocols
