Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operating Room (OR) Technician for a 13-week travel assignment in Decorah, IA. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, maintaining sterile technique, and assisting the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

36 Hours per Week (Typically scheduled for 40 hours per week)

07/27/2026 Pay Range- $1650 - $2000 Per Week Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by setting up equipment and sterile instruments. Assist surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical staff during procedures. Maintain sterile fields and adhere to infection prevention protocols. Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures. Ensure surgical instruments and supplies are properly cleaned, organized, and available. Perform instrument counts before, during, and after surgeries. Requirements Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred (if applicable). Current BLS certification.
