Contract Job Duties:
Assist physicians and nurses during vaginal deliveries, cesarean sections (C-sections), and other obstetric procedures. Prepare, set up, and maintain a sterile field in the operating room or delivery suite. Handle, clean, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to hospital protocols. Monitor and restock supplies and equipment in labor and delivery rooms. Provide support for newborn care immediately following delivery, as directed by nursing staff. Ensure patient comfort and safety by assisting with transfers, positioning, and basic care needs. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, instruments, and supply usage. Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams to ensure efficient workflow and patient care. Adhere to infection control, safety, and hospital policies at all times
Job Requirements:
NBSTSA/NCCT
Certification BLS AHA Certification 1+ year of OB Tech experience
Schedule:
7:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM 3x12 36 hours/week
