The Surgical Technologist is responsible for assisting in surgical procedures by preparing the operating room, arranging equipment, and aiding the surgical team during procedures. This role requires a high level of skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures Set up surgical instruments and equipment Assist the surgical team during procedures Maintain a sterile environment in the operating room Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and other team members Keep accurate records and documentation of procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
