Be part of an organization where we practice our mission & values in our daily operations and demonstrate our pride by delivering excellent care. Lake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking a Scrub Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver the best possible nursing care in LRH's patient-focused setting.
SUMMARY:
Works in the operating room environment under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and Surgeon. Functions as a member of the healthcare team by performing scrub duties for patients of all ages. Scrubs for all types of surgical procedures, demonstrates and maintains sterile technique. Monitors and obtains supplies for the operating room and central supply.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE &/OR REGISTRATIONS
Graduate of an accredited Surgery Technician program. Current Surgical Technician certificate or diploma required. Current certifications in BLS and Adult/Child Abuse Mandatory Reporting or completion according to hospital Education Policy.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
