Full Job Description Description:
Neurophysiologist - Advanced IONM Surgical (Non-Certified) We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Advanced Certified IONM Surgical Neurophysiologist to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) during complex surgical procedures, supporting patient safety and surgical success. Midwest/airport hub preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the setup and operation of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring equipment Observe and record neurophysiological data during surgical procedures Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient monitoring Maintain accurate documentation of neurophysiological findings and procedures Support the training and development of junior staff and new team members Adhere to established protocols and safety standards to ensure high-quality patient care Join our innovative team committed to advancing patient care through cutting-edge neurophysiological monitoring. Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
CNIM Certification Experience in Spine and Craniotomy procedures Bachelor's degree in neurophysiology, neuroscience, or a related field Basic understanding of neuroanatomy and neurophysiological monitoring techniques Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Willingness to learn and develop specialized skills in intraoperative neurophysiology Prior experience in a clinical neurophysiology setting is preferred but not required
