Key Qualifications:

Active and unencumbered Nursing license in the state of Illinois (or compact eligible) Demonstrated experience in ORT (Operating Room Technician) or a related perioperative nursing specialty Strong teamwork and communication skills in fast-paced surgical settings Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred Proven adaptability in new clinical environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide expert support and care as an integral member of the surgical team Assist in the preparation and maintenance of sterile fields Anticipate the needs of surgeons and the surgical team throughout procedures Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols Accurately document care provided and uphold clinical compliance standards
