Surgical Technologist Job Summary:

As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons, registered nurses, and other surgical personnel. Your responsibilities will include prepping operating rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting surgeons during procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepare operating rooms for surgery 2. Set up surgical instruments, sterile drapes, and other equipment 3. Assist surgical team during procedures 4. Hand instruments to surgeons during surgeries 5. Ensure all surgical equipment is sterile and in working order 6. Clean and sterilize operating room after procedures 7. Restock supplies as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Completion of accredited surgical technology program 4. Strong attention to detail 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 6. Ability to work well under pressure 7.
