Certified Experience:
Minimum 2 years surgical tech experience Pay & Benefits Pay rate: $55.49/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You'll Do Assist in surgical procedures across various specialties (excluding transplant) in a 13-room OR Prepare and maintain sterile fields and surgical instruments Collaborate with surgical teams and surgeons to ensure smooth operations Float to general OR cases as required, performing scrub duties with skill and professionalism Follow all safety protocols and maintain equipment standards Support patient care and ensure adherence to hospital policies
What You Need Required:
BCLS certification NBSTSA certification as a surgical technologist At least 2 years of surgical tech experience Ability to scrub for various surgical specialties Must be willing to float to general OR cases
Preferred:
Experience with robotic surgery (Xi DaVinci systems) is advantageous About the Assignment Join a highly respected surgical unit performing a wide range of specialties except for transplant. The unit operates efficiently in a modern environment, utilizing advanced equipment including Xi DaVinci robots.
