We are seeking an experienced Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) for a 13-week assignment at a community hospital in Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for surgical techs who thrive in a collaborative operating room environment and have experience supporting multiple surgical specialties.

Shift Details:

Day Shift•3x12s

Schedule:

6:30 AM•7:00 PM On-call required: Approximately 2-3 shifts per signup period

Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms and sterile fields for surgical procedures Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operations Handle surgical instruments and maintain sterile technique Support patient safety and workflow efficiency in the OR Assist with room turnover and equipment preparation Work across a variety of surgical specialties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of recent CST experience NBSTSA certification required and must be in hand at submission First-time travelers accepted Strong experience in multi-specialty surgical settings preferred Locals not accepted for this position
