CVOR Surgical Technologist Parkview Regional Medical Center Sign-on 16k! $8 Advanced Clinical Care Differential after completion of competency requirements! 0600-1830 | 3 days a week OR four 10s OR three 12s About the Role Under the Perioperative leader, assumes responsibility and accountability for assuring quality care as a health care team member within the Perioperative environment. The scope of responsibility of the Surgical Technologist includes the ability to anticipate, plan for, and respond to the needs of the patient, surgeon, and other team members. Maintains confidentiality of information regarding patients, patient families, coworkers, and physicians. Qualifications/Requirements Needed Must have current Certified Surgical Technologist certification; Or, obtain certification within 12 months completion of a degree from an accredited school of surgical technology; Or, must provide evidence of employment as a certified surgical technologist prior to July 1, 2009; Or, must be a current valid licensed practitioner providing evidence of employment as a surgical technologist Must have at least one year of surg tech experience•CV experience not required Certification must be renewed every four years Completes required 15 CEU credits annually Must maintain current CPR certification Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and applications Must be able to lift 50 pounds; 100 pounds shared lifting 4 week rotating schedule Rotating on-call weekends (every 4th weekend•call response time is 30 minutes Healthcare experience preferred. #allied

Pay:

$22.91•$34.36 per hour
