Job Description

Job Title:
Certified Surgical Technologist Job Summary:
We are looking for a Certified Surgical Technologist to join our operating room team. You will help doctors and nurses during surgeries by setting up the sterile table, passing instruments to the surgeon, and assisting with putting on gowns, gloves, and masks. You will also help clean the operating room after the surgery, and keep track of equipment and supplies. You will operate machines in the operating room.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up the sterile table and anticipate the surgeon's needs. Assist with gowns, gloves, and masks for the team. Pass instruments to the surgeon during surgery. Help clean the operating room after the procedure. Keep track of equipment and supplies. Operate machines in the operating room.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Surgical Technologist program. NBCST Certification CPR Certification. Ability to care for patients of all ages and assist with the correct instruments for each surgery. On call required, 30 minute response time for call
Education:
Post-high school vocational This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants to be an important part of a surgical team!
