CST Tier I Operating Room Details Essential Job Duties:

Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment. Assist the surgical team during procedures. Pass instruments and supplies to surgeons and nurses. Maintain aseptic conditions and infection control protocols. Monitor and anticipate the needs of the surgical team. Handle specimens and facilitate their transfer to the laboratory. Clean and restock after each surgery. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient safety and successful surgical outcomes.

Qualifications:
