Experience:
Minimum 2 years OR-specific experience, with strong case type background Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Competitive hourly pay rate: $50.92/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state, federal, and local laws Travel and licensure reimbursements (where applicable) What You'll Do Assist with a wide variety of surgical procedures including robotic, neuro-spine, transplant, urology, bariatric, and general surgeries Circulate during surgeries, with scrub responsibilities if certified Prepare operating rooms and assist with setup and teardown Maintain sterile environments and ensure patient safety Support the surgical team during complex cases such as neuro-vascular, transplant, and robotic surgeries Participate in on-call rotations, including nights and weekends Follow hospital protocols for patient safety and infection control
What You Need Certification:
BLS required; CSFA or CSA certification preferred (if scrub tech)
Experience:
At least 2 years of OR-specific experience, with proficiency in robotic procedures and transplant cases strongly preferred
Skills:
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, flexible schedule, and adaptability to shift changes
