Job Description

Certified Surgical Technologist - Willis Knighton North Willis Knighton North is seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist to join our dynamic Operating Room team. We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates professionalism, a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a strong, reliable work history.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Certification as a Surgical Technologist (or willing to obtain certification). Ability to take calls with a 30'minute mandatory response time.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting surgeons, nurses, and all surgical team members during procedures. Ensuring each patient receives safe, high-quality care. Adhering to all National Patient Safety Goals. Preparing cases and assisting with room setup. Draping patients and performing accurate instruments and supply counts. Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly and required supplies are available prior to each procedure. An individualized orientation will be provided based on your experience and comfort level.
