Category Nursing - ORT Job Type Contract A key role is available for a Certified Surgical Technologist with expertise in Operating Room Techniques (ORT) to support a dynamic surgical team. Responsibilities:
Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures by ensuring all necessary instruments and equipment are sterile and ready Assist surgical teams during operations by passing instruments and anticipating needs Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth and efficient surgical procedures Manage surgical supplies inventory and ensure proper documentation
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Certified Surgical Technologist credential required Proficient in Operating Room Techniques (ORT) Strong knowledge of sterile techniques and surgical procedures Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced surgical environment
