Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (details on scheduling to be provided).
Responsibilities:
Assist in surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms and patient instruments. Work closely with surgeons and nurses to provide safe, efficient operative care—especially in cardiovascular surgeries. Ensure a sterile environment to reduce risks of infection. Manage surgical equipment, troubleshoot as needed, and facilitate smooth procedure flow. Anticipate and respond quickly to the needs of the surgical team.
Qualifications:
Certification as a Surgical Technologist (Certified Surgical Tech). Proficiency in Nursing - ORT or experience as a CVOR Tech preferred. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in high-pressure, team-based environments. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Prior experience with cardiovascular operating room procedures highly preferred.
