Key Qualifications & Experience:

Certified Surgical Technologist credential required (CST/ORT) Strong knowledge in surgical instrumentation, procedures, and sterile technique Proficient in assisting with a variety of surgical cases across specialties Experience in preparing and maintaining the operating room for procedures Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills Current BLS certification preferred Previous experience in a hospital or acute care setting highly desirable
