Certified Surgical Technologist

Plastic Surgery Associates, PC, a leader in the field of cosmetic surgery has provided state-of-the-art options to patients in the Midwest for over 30 years. This award-winning practice is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist for a part time position in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. The primary responsibilities of this position are assisting the physicians in the Ambulatory Surgery Center, as well as the decontamination and sterilization of surgical instruments. The successful candidate must be flexible, conscientious, motivated, self-directed, with strong customer service skills and a team player. An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience as surgical technologist is necessary. Certification is required. Prior experience in plastic surgery is preferred. The potential candidates would include a certified surgical technologist, licensed practical nurse or a registered nurse with proven scrub skills. The position is responsible for compliance with laws, regulations, and PSA policies.' '
