Surgical Technologist#26-20132 $42.98 - $46.92/hour Grand Rapids, MI Onsite 14 weeks Job Description Our Client, a Hospitals and Health Care company, is looking for a Surgical Technologist for their Grand Rapids, MI location.
Responsibilities:
The Surgical Technologist maintains responsibility for preparation of the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, maintenance of the sterile field, and evaluation of changing conditions during the surgical procedures, making appropriate responses as needed. Is responsible for maintaining knowledge of surgical procedures and principles related to those procedures. May serve as a Preceptor
Requirements:
Level 1 trauma experience, GYN, Ortho, Neuro, URO Associate's Degree or equivalent Completion of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology.
Licenses/Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS): American Red Cross or American Heart Associate - Required upon start
