Schedule:

8-hour shifts: Days/Evenings (0700, 0900, 1100, 1500 starts) 40 hours per week Weekend rotation as needed

Holidays:

Typically not scheduled, but as needed

On-call:

May be required depending on skills Floating within the OR as needed

Required Qualifications:

Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification at submission AHA BLS certification Minimum 2+ years of recent ORT experience Specialized abilities in Neuro (including neuro call), Orthopedic (with proficiency in totals and trauma), Genitourinary, DaVinci, total joint support, urology, and peripheral vascular Willingness to train new staff and float as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality scrub services for a broad range of surgical specialties Support surgical teams in neuro, ortho, urology, and peripheral vascular cases Adapt and respond effectively to varied shift start times and occasional floating Contribute expertise to build team knowledge through mentorship
