Schedule/Hours:

8 D/E shifts, 40 hours weekly Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, and 1500 Weekend rotation as needed On-call and holiday coverage may be required, typically as needed Floating may occur within OR areas

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of recent CST/OR experience Must be proficient in: Neuro (with Neuro call), Ortho (totals and trauma), genuro, Da Vinci robotics, total joint support, urology, peripheral vascular Willingness to float to genuro as needed Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification required Current AHA BLS certification Proven ability or willingness to train new staff Submission requires: cover sheet, resume, active license/certifications, skills checklist

Role Responsibilities:

Circulate and scrub within assigned OR procedures Provide specialized support in both Neuro and Ortho cases Participate in on-call rotation as applicable Support surgical efficiency and patient safety across floated specialties Mentor or cross-train new colleagues as needed
