Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join our team and assist surgeons during surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have the necessary training and certification to ensure safe and efficient surgical care for patients.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Prepare operating rooms for surgery 2. Set up surgical instruments and equipment 3. Assist surgeons during procedures 4. Maintain a sterile field in the operating room 5. Handle specimens for laboratory analysis 6. Assist with patient positioning and prepping 7. Provide support to surgical team as needed 8. Monitor patient vital signs during surgery 9. Clean and restock operating rooms after procedures 10. Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) 2. High school diploma or equivalent 3. Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program 4. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments 5. Ability to work well under pressure 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills 8.
