  • 11:15 PM Job Summary "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced CVOR Surgical Technologist to support a high-volume Cardiovascular Operating Room within a nationally recognized Magnet and Teaching Hospital.
The ideal candidate will have experience assisting with complex cardiac and vascular procedures and maintaining a safe, sterile surgical environment. Required Qualifications NBSTSA or NCCT Certification Required BLS Certification Required Minimum 1 Year CVOR Experience Required Experience in Cardiac and Vascular Surgical Procedures Strong Sterile Technique and Instrument Knowledge Epic Experience Preferred Required CVOR Experience Cardiac Surgery CABG (On-Pump and Off-Pump) Aortic Valve Replacement (AVR) Mitral Valve Repair/Replacement (MVRR) Tricuspid Valve Repair/Replacement (TVRR) Heart Transplant LVAD Implantation Total Artificial Heart Minimally Invasive Valve Procedures Transcatheter Valve Replacement Procedures Vascular Surgery AAA Repair Thoracic and Thoracoabdominal Aneurysm Repair Fenestrated Grafts Endarterectomy Peripheral Artery Disease Bypass Procedures Amputations ECMO Decannulation and Repositioning Required Procedure Experience Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG)

Ventricular Assist Device (VAD) ECMO Femoral Popliteal Bypass Carotid Endarterectomy Mitral Valve Replacement Pericardial Window Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Repair Atrial Septal Defect Repair Responsibilities Prepare and maintain sterile surgical fields Set up instruments, supplies, and specialty cardiac equipment Assist surgeons during cardiovascular and vascular procedures Handle surgical instruments and implants during cases Ensure accurate surgical counts Support patient safety initiatives and infection prevention standards Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, perfusionists, and anesthesia teams Maintain compliance with hospital policies and surgical standards For more details reach at
