Schedule/Hours Day/Evening shifts, 40 hours/week (start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, 1500) Weekend rotation as needed On-call may be required based on skillset Holidays generally not scheduled but may be needed Floating within the OR as needed Key Qualifications Minimum 2+ years' recent experience in the operating room, with a strong preference for neuro, ortho (including both totals and trauma), and genuro procedures Experience with Da Vinci, total joint support, neuro-specific procedures (including neuro call), urology, and peripheral vascular surgeries Willingness to train and mentor new staff Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification (required upon submission) Current AHA BLS certification Ability to float to genuro and other specialty areas as necessary Responsibilities Scrub and assist in a wide variety of surgical cases (neuro, ortho, genuro, urology, peripheral vascular) Ensure high standards of patient safety and aseptic technique Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth operations and positive outcomes Train and support new OR staff as needed Perks & Benefits Tax-advantaged stipends for travelers Comprehensive travel assistance for a seamless relocation Premium compensation Healthcare benefits and 401(k) for your security Enhanced job security through continuous assignments Resume-building experience in renowned surgical specialties The perfect launchpad for exploring the Twin Cities region during downtime Ready to experience professional growth while exploring Saint Paul's unique attractions?
