Whether you're passionate about Neuro or Ortho cases or want exposure to genitourinary and vascular specialties, this role delivers diverse, high-impact experience. Schedule/Hours 8 D/E shifts (Day/Evening), 40 hours per week Start times: 0700, 0900, 1100, and 1500 Weekend rotation as needed On-call as required based on skills Holiday and floating coverage as assigned within the OR Desired Qualifications At least 2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room Technician Strong proficiency in both Neuro (including Neuro call) and Ortho—including totals and trauma Experience with genitourinary, Da Vinci robotics, total joint support, urology, peripheral vascular Willing to onboard and train new staff as applicable Active NBSTSA or NCCT certification (required upon submission) AHA BLS certification (required upon submission) Ability to float within the perioperative department Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain a sterile surgical environment Assist surgeons with instruments, equipment, and supplies during complex procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Support and mentor newly hired staff as needed Adhere to all safety and best practice protocols Perks & Benefits Tax-advantaged travel stipends and travel support Healthcare benefits from day one 401(k) retirement plan Premium compensation for your highly specialized skills Supportive, secure working environment The possibility to explore a new location and enjoy enriching off-hours adventures If you're ready to take the next step in your career and embrace new challenges in a rewarding setting, apply today to make your mark and elevate your professional journey!
