Job Description

Description Immediate opening for a Full-time Surgical Scrub Technician in a professional team oriented working environment for a Single specialty.
Responsibilities:
Perform specific duties required for ophthalmology surgical procedures. Assemble, inspect and arrange all supplies and equipment for each procedure and arrange according to physicians' preference. Adhere to and monitor all sterile techniques. Accurately document required information relating to procedures according to policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
Proven training and competency in a surgical environment ASC preferred Prior ophthalmic experience a plus Excellent written/verbal communication skills Strict attention to detail and documentation, ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time Ability to lift/stretch/bend in providing patient care Proven ability to work well in a team oriented environment Adherence to HIPAA requirements and company confidentiality and privacy policies.
Required Experience:
Surgical Technician/Ambulatory Surgery, 1 year.
