Competitive Pay Packages; Weekly Pay Schedule via Direct Deposit (W-2) ; Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2); Robust Referral Bonus Program; 24/7 Dedicated team support; Paid sick time in accordance with applicable state/federal/local laws; Licensure-Certification; Travel and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Support surgical services as a CVOR Surgical Tech in adult and geriatrics cases Perform scrub and/or circulate duties for assigned procedures Maintain sterile field standards and support safe perioperative workflow Prepare room equipment and supplies in alignment with procedure needs Assist with case readiness and turnover between cases (3-room environment) Collaborate with the surgical team on complex cardiac and thoracic cases Follow unit processes and documentation requirements (e.g., EPIC, SBAR) What You Need Required BCLS Circulate and Scrub experience 2+ years CVOR experience Preferred CNOR Scrub experience About the Assignment This CVOR Surgical Services opportunity supports a high-volume surgical setting with cardiothoracic and vascular procedures , including (but not limited to) CABG (with/without valve repair/replace), valve procedures, TAVR, VATS, thoracotomy, mediastinoscopy, and other complex interventions. The schedule is day shift, 4 days/week (10 hours each day), Monday-Friday , with call about 10 days/month including one weekend/month .
Orientation:
36 hours ; scrubs are provided .
