Minimum Qualifications:

Current Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) Completion of a formal surgical technology training program recognized by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) or equivalent. Valid BLS and ACLS certification. Demonstrated knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room protocols. Ability to pass background checks and comply with healthcare facility regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a hospital or surgical center environment. Advanced certifications such as Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA). Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and surgical documentation software. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Monitor and manage surgical supplies inventory to guarantee availability and timely replenishment. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain a safe, organized, and efficient surgical environment, including post-operative cleanup and documentation.
