Surgical Technician Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our team three days a week. (Monday, Thursday, Friday). Entry-level to Experienced (Willing to train the right candidate!). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in assisting surgical teams during procedures, ensuring that the operating room is prepared and maintained to the highest standards. This position requires a strong understanding of medical terminology and surgical procedures, as well as the ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments. Must be able to comfortably wear heavy personal radiation protection (lead aprons/shields) for several hours per day, stand, bend, and move for extended periods during surgical procedures, and lift/move heavy surgical equipment and assist with patient positioning. Pay will be based on the level of experience.
