Key Responsibilities:

Scrub for cardiovascular and open heart surgical cases, providing expert support before, during, and after procedures. Handle surgical instruments, supplies, medications, media, specimens, and equipment efficiently. Assist in maintaining sterile field and adhering to strict infection control standards. Collaborate closely with surgeons, RNs, CRNAs, and ancillary OR staff to ensure seamless surgical operations. Stay organized under pressure and anticipate the needs of the surgical team.

Preferred Qualifications:

CVOR Tech experience with demonstrated cardiovascular/open heart expertise required. Proven ability to work productively within multidisciplinary surgical teams. Strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills. Current certifications and compliance with state regulatory requirements. Flexibility and enthusiasm for travel assignments.
