We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Surgical Technician to join our dynamic surgical team. As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room during cardiovascular surgeries. Your expertise will assist surgeons and nurses in providing the highest level of patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the surgical environment, ensuring that all instruments, materials, and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
  • Assist in the setup of the operating room by arranging surgical instruments and equipment according to procedures.
  • Provide support to the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring the efficient flow of the procedure.
  • Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and instruments used, as well as labels and management of specimens.
  • Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure high standards of care and adherence to policies and procedures.
