We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CVOR (Cardiovascular Operating Room) Surgical Technician to join our dynamic surgical team. As a CVOR Surgical Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating room during cardiovascular surgeries. Your expertise will assist surgeons and nurses in providing the highest level of patient care.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain the surgical environment, ensuring that all instruments, materials, and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
- Assist in the setup of the operating room by arranging surgical instruments and equipment according to procedures.
- Provide support to the surgical team during procedures, including passing instruments, suctioning, and ensuring the efficient flow of the procedure.
- Maintain accurate records of surgical procedures and instruments used, as well as labels and management of specimens.
- Follow strict infection control protocols to maintain a safe and sterile environment.
